What you can expect

Keen to kickstart your freediving journey? This Level 1 course is ideal for beginners, equipping you with the foundational knowledge and skill set to begin your freediving adventure. Across two days, seasoned instructors will guide you, providing full direction and support throughout. You'll have the opportunity to put your skills to the test amidst the lush rainforest setting of the Atherton Tablelands near Cairns. All equipment, including wetsuits, masks/snorkels, and fins, is provided, so simply bring yourself and your eagerness to learn freediving.
